Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Skye Blue Press. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Digital & Printable Products

Digital downloads and printable products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
